Sub-processors

Jetpack 3PL engages the services below to help fulfill orders and support merchants. Each one may process personal data on our behalf. We keep this list current and notify merchants of changes, as set out in our Data Processing Agreement.

Definitions

Controller
The person or body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. Under the DPA, the merchant is the controller.
Processor
The person or body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller. Jetpack acts as the processor.
Sub-processor
An external service Jetpack engages to help deliver its services to merchants, and which may process personal data in doing so. Those services are listed below.

Changes and questions

When we add or replace a sub-processor, we update this page and keep merchants reasonably informed. Jetpack remains responsible to the merchant for the performance of every sub-processor listed here.
