I have built, scaled, and exited an ops-heavy B2B e-commerce service provider, and now find myself on the client side building my own consumer brand. So I recognize and have special appreciation for outstanding logistics partners like Jetpack.
Matt, Nora, and team are true pros, and a rare breed. They know logistics, and are willing to tackle even the hairiest of startup challenges with poise. They feel like a direct extension of our small team, and their flexibility and partnership have been invaluable as we’ve scaled.

What is B2B fulfillment?
What it is
B2B fulfillment is the operational practice of receiving inventory from a brand, picking and packing it to a retailer’s exact spec, and shipping it on retailer-compliant terms. Wholesale fulfillment is largely the same flow with a different buyer mix (wholesale buyers, distributors, marketplace partners). Both differ from DTC fulfillment in three places: orders ship by case-pack or pallet instead of single units, every retailer has its own routing guide with chargebacks for mistakes, and most large retailers require EDI integration for purchase orders, ASNs, and invoices.
Why it’s hard
Most ecommerce 3PLs aren’t built for the complexity that retail B2B demands. Routing guides go ignored, pallets ship to the wrong dock, EDI 856 ASNs never get sent, and the brand pays the retailer’s chargeback bill.
How Jetpack does it
Jetpack runs B2B and wholesale from the same inventory pool as your DTC orders, one stock of goods serving every channel. Compliance is built into the workflow, and chargebacks get rare.
The B2B playbook, automated.
Every retailer below is already live on the Jetpack network. Getting you approved and shipping to one is setup work inside your 4-6 week onboarding, no custom build required.

Frequently asked.
Yes. Jetpack handles D2C, B2B wholesale, Amazon FBA and FBM prep, and retail distribution for 150+ retailers (Walmart, Target, Costco, Ulta, Nordstrom, Sephora, Best Buy, Macy's, REI, and more). B2B orders support EDI via SPS Commerce, pick-by-lot, GS1 labeling with SSCC codes, retail-compliant palletizing, and automated routing. FBA prep handles both small parcel and LTL freight with automated shipment creation. All channels run at 99.95% accuracy.
Jetpack is generally built for brands shipping 1,000+ orders per month across all channels combined. That said, we love hearing from newer brands building something exciting. If you're early-stage and we believe in what you're building, we'll talk through what it would take to invest and grow together. Reach out for a conversation. Otherwise, crowdfunding fulfillment and startup fulfillment are good stepping stones until the volume catches up.
Jetpack partners with ecommerce brands shipping 1,000+ orders per month, large enough to benefit from multi-hub distribution, still at the growth stage where hands-on support matters most. Onboarding takes 1-2 weeks with about 4-6 hours of your time: a dedicated team connects your sales channels, configures your SKU catalog, sets shipping preferences, and positions inventory via MultiHub IQ from your historical order data. We teach you the tools, not just deliver outcomes. Switching from another 3PL? For a limited time, we're waiving receiving fees on your initial inventory transfer, and we run a structured migration: as fast as one week for D2C, four to six weeks for B2B with EDI and retail compliance cutovers. No long-term contracts; your inventory is yours to move whenever.
B2B fulfillment ships palletized loads from your inventory to retail distribution centers, retail stores, and wholesale buyers, instead of single units to consumers. The differences are operational: orders are larger (cases and pallets, not individual units), the receiving party is a retailer with strict compliance requirements (EDI, GS1 labels, SSCC pallet codes, retailer-specific routing guides), and the shipping mode is LTL freight rather than parcel. Missing the standards triggers chargebacks. Jetpack runs B2B and DTC under one roof at 99.95% accuracy, with native EDI via SPS Commerce, retail-compliant palletizing, GS1 labeling, and 150+ retailers pre-approved in our compliance engine.
Jetpack is approved for retail distribution to 150+ retailers including Walmart, Target, Costco, Sam's Club, Home Depot, Lowe's, Best Buy, Macy's, Nordstrom, Sephora, Ulta, REI, Dick's Sporting Goods, Bass Pro Shops, Tractor Supply, Petco, PetSmart, CVS, Walgreens, Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, West Elm, Crate & Barrel, Wayfair, QVC, HSN, Stitch Fix, Thrive Market, Grove Collaborative, GOOP, iHerb, Whole Foods (via UNFI / KeHE), and Amazon (Vendor Central, Seller Central, Advantage). For retail dropshipping, we cover Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Macy's, Nordstrom, Sephora, Ulta, Saks, Bloomingdale's, Williams Sonoma family, and dozens more. See the Approved Retailers List for the full set.
Yes, native EDI integration via SPS Commerce as our primary partner. Retailer-specific maps are configured during onboarding so your inbound POs flow directly to the warehouse and ASNs go back to the retailer in their required format. No spreadsheets, no manual transcription, no missed deadlines. EDI cutover is part of B2B onboarding, typically 4-6 weeks total.
Each retailer's routing guide is loaded into our compliance engine during onboarding. Orders are routed and palletized to retailer-compliant specs before they ship, not after a chargeback hits. Chargeback exposure drops from a regular cost of doing business to a rare exception.
Yes. Jetpack offers automated FBA prep for US-based merchants, shipping products from a Jetpack fulfillment center to an Amazon warehouse. For international merchants in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Poland, Spain, and the United Kingdom, FBA prep is supported via a manual submission process.
Yes. We fulfill direct from your warehouse for every major marketplace: Amazon FBM, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Temu, SHEIN, eBay, Etsy, Macy's marketplace, plus your own Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce, Squarespace, Wix, and Square stores. Carrier IQ picks the optimal carrier per package against each marketplace's delivery promise. MultiHub IQ positions inventory so orders ship from the closest warehouse.
Yes. That's the point of omnichannel fulfillment. One inventory pool, one OMS, one warehouse network. Each order channel routes to its own workflow: DTC ships parcel to consumers, B2B builds pallets to retailer DCs, dropship picks like DTC but with retailer-branded packaging, FBA prep batches inventory to Amazon, FBM ships marketplace orders. You set the channel mix and inventory allocation per SKU. Stock pulls from the same pool with channel-specific reservation rules so a Costco PO doesn't strand DTC orders, and a viral TikTok day doesn't starve the next Walmart shipment.
Yes, full LTL freight operations from every Jetpack warehouse: retail-compliant pallet build, GS1 SSCC pallet labeling, carrier selection, and appointment booking at retailer DCs. We negotiate LTL rates across major freight carriers based on the combined volume of 5,000+ brands on our network. Rates a single shipper couldn't access. For retailers requiring last-mile delivery, we handle that too.
Yes. Kitting services for B2B retail include case-pack assembly, retailer-specific bundles, display-ready packaging, retailer-branded inserts, polybag and shrink-wrap. Each kit is built to the retailer's exact spec.
Wholesale fulfillment is the operational practice of receiving bulk inventory from a brand, picking and packing it to a wholesale buyer's specification (a retailer, distributor, or marketplace partner), and shipping it on the buyer's required terms. Wholesale fulfillment differs from DTC fulfillment in three ways: orders typically ship by case-pack or pallet rather than single units, the buyer often dictates carrier choice and delivery windows, and most large wholesale buyers require electronic data interchange (EDI) for purchase orders, advance shipping notices, and invoices. Jetpack runs wholesale fulfillment on the same inventory pool as your DTC orders.
EDI fulfillment means handling a retailer's order workflow over EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) instead of email, phone, or a portal upload. The standard EDI transaction set for fulfillment includes the 850 purchase order (retailer sends an order), the 855 acknowledgment (3PL confirms receipt), the 856 advance shipping notice (3PL announces what's shipping with carton-level SSCC labels), and the 810 invoice (3PL sends the bill). Most major retailers require EDI compliance for vendor approval. Jetpack handles EDI fulfillment natively via SPS Commerce, the most widely-used EDI network in US retail.
EDI stands for Electronic Data Interchange, the standardized digital format that retailers and their suppliers use to exchange purchase orders, shipping notices, invoices, and other business documents. EDI replaces paper, email, and phone-based workflows with a single machine-readable standard, which is why large retailers (Walmart, Target, Costco, Best Buy) require it from every vendor. Jetpack handles the entire EDI workflow on your behalf via SPS Commerce.
