I would tell anyone to switch in a heartbeat! Hands down, I honestly don't think that there's another company out there who could or is doing more than what you guys are doing in terms of support.

MCF charges per product.
Jetpack charges 30 cents.
Every different product in an MCF order gets its own fulfillment fee, stacked on the first. A Jetpack order is priced on its total weight: the first pick is included, and each extra pick is a flat 30 cents.
*An example rate. Your rate card is designed specifically for your business, and your rate may be lower or higher depending on your volume and shipping profile.
Your average cart doesn’t stop at one product. In MCF’s own example the second product adds $4.98 to the order, and at Jetpack it adds 30 cents.
Amazon’s speed comes from distribution.
Jetpack is built the same way.
Spreading inventory across many warehouses is why Prime feels fast, and it’s a model almost no 3PL can offer. Jetpack can: 60+ fulfillment centers and MultiHub IQ placing your stock near your buyers, automatically.
One warehouse. Every order crosses the country, zone by zone.
Inventory staged near every buyer. It’s why Prime feels fast.
MultiHub IQ spreads your stock across 60+ centers automatically: 1-3 day delivery at standard rates.
You shouldn’t have to choose between Amazon’s speed and your own brand. MultiHub IQ delivers 1-3 days nationwide at standard rates, in your packaging, with your inserts.
Working with Jetpack doesn’t feel like working with a vendor. They genuinely care about our business, proactively solve problems, and provide lightning-fast response times.

Frequently asked.
Three things set Jetpack apart: Jetpack Care, our IQ engine suite, and radical transparency. Jetpack Care: every brand gets a dedicated team on Slack that knows your products, workflows, and priorities, not a ticket queue, not a chatbot. Three proprietary IQ engines handle the rest: MultiHub IQ uses ML to position inventory across 60+ warehouses by customer geography; Carrier IQ optimizes carrier selection per package in real time; Delivery IQ monitors shipments in transit, flagging delays before your customer notices and auto-filing claims when eligible. All-in rate cards: no monthly, emergency, or processing fees. No long-term contracts: your inventory is yours to move whenever you want.
3PL pricing usually has four parts: storage, billed by the space you use; receiving, billed for the time it takes to check your inventory in; pick-and-pack, billed per order and per item; and shipping, billed by weight, size, and zone. What you pay depends on the provider and your volume. Jetpack's pricing strips out the fees most 3PLs pile on: no per-order processing fee, no charge for standard packaging like boxes and poly mailers, and no charge for your first pick. Then three levers pull the rate down: the combined volume of 5,000+ brands on our network, Carrier IQ routing every order to the lowest-cost carrier, and MultiHub IQ placing inventory closer to your buyers, which cuts zone-4+ shipments by up to 85% and overall costs by up to 30%.
Jetpack is generally built for brands shipping 1,000+ orders per month across all channels combined. That said, we love hearing from newer brands building something exciting. If you're early-stage and we believe in what you're building, we'll talk through what it would take to invest and grow together. Reach out for a conversation. Otherwise, crowdfunding fulfillment and startup fulfillment are good stepping stones until the volume catches up.
For DTC brands shipping 1,000+ orders a month, yes, and the differences show up on the doorstep and on the invoice. Jetpack runs the same distributed-inventory model that makes Prime feel fast: MultiHub IQ spreads your stock across 60+ warehouses, so orders deliver in 1-3 days nationwide at standard rates, in your branded packaging with your inserts. MCF ships in unbranded blank boxes, and every different product in an order carries its own fulfillment fee, where Jetpack prices the whole order by weight with a flat 30 cents per extra pick. And every Jetpack brand gets a dedicated Jetpack Care team in Slack, where MCF sellers reach Amazon through support cases.
Amazon publishes an MCF rate card with per-unit fees by size and delivery speed: as of June 2026, a small standard single-unit order starts around $7.34 at Standard speed and $10.70 at Expedited, with a 3.5% fuel surcharge on top. The number to watch is multi-item orders: every different product carries its own fulfillment fee, and Amazon's own example prices a phone case plus a t-shirt at $11.24 for one Standard order. Jetpack prices the whole order by its total weight in one all-in rate, with the first pick included, a flat 30 cents per additional pick, and no fuel surcharges or setup fees. Request a quote to see your number.
Amazon publishes two MCF delivery speeds: Standard in 3 business days and Expedited in 2, measured click to delivery. Jetpack's distributed model delivers in 1-3 days nationwide at standard rates: MultiHub IQ spreads your inventory across 60+ fulfillment centers so most orders ship from a warehouse near the buyer, as low as 1-2 days in close zones, and every box arrives in your branded packaging.
Yes. MCF connects to Shopify through its app and API, and orders ship from your pooled FBA inventory in unbranded packaging. Jetpack also connects natively to Shopify and 50+ other platforms, and fulfills those orders in your branded packaging with your inserts, backed by a support team in your Slack. If your Shopify unboxing is part of your brand, that difference is the whole decision.
MCF doesn't include a customer returns portal. Per Amazon's MCF FAQs, you bring your own returns solution or have customers mail items back to an Amazon fulfillment center with an RMA form, and customer service for those orders is your responsibility. Jetpack includes a customer-facing returns portal for returns, refunds, and exchanges, with inspection and restock handled at the warehouse.
Start with a call, and we'll come back with an all-in rate card and a full transition plan. From there it's a guided transfer: our team builds the inventory math and the logistics requirements, then connects your sales channels and coordinates the inventory move while your current operation keeps shipping. Many brands keep FBA for Amazon orders and move their DTC channels to Jetpack, so your Amazon business never skips a beat. Most brands are fully live in 2-3 weeks, and it takes far less of your own time than you'd expect. Book the call whenever you're ready.
