The Jetpack Care difference.
Most 3PLs make you fight for a straight answer. A dozen emails. A three-day wait. Jetpack Care replaces that with a dedicated team in your Slack, live, and tech that flags every open item before you ask.
- Real-time Slack support.A dedicated channel with a team that knows your brand. The whole company can jump in, executives included.
- Everything surfaces in Jetpack Pro.Every open item appears the moment it changes, so you always know where things stand.
- Proactive, not reactive.Issues flagged before you see them, often resolved before they become problems. Your ops team stays ahead, not chasing.

Three things set Jetpack apart: Jetpack Care, our IQ engine suite, and radical transparency. Jetpack Care: every brand gets a dedicated team on Slack that knows your products, workflows, and priorities, not a ticket queue, not a chatbot. Three proprietary IQ engines handle the rest: MultiHub IQ uses ML to position inventory across 60+ warehouses by customer geography; Carrier IQ optimizes carrier selection per package in real time; Delivery IQ monitors shipments in transit, flagging delays before your customer notices and auto-filing claims when eligible. All-in rate cards: no monthly, emergency, or processing fees. No long-term contracts.
3PL pricing usually has four parts: storage, billed by the space you use; receiving, billed for the time it takes to check your inventory in; pick-and-pack, billed per order and per item; and shipping, billed by weight, size, and zone. What you pay depends on the provider and your volume. Jetpack's pricing strips out the fees most 3PLs pile on: no per-order processing fee, no charge for standard packaging like boxes and poly mailers, and no charge for your first pick. Then three levers pull the rate down: the combined volume of 5,000+ brands on our network, Carrier IQ routing every order to the lowest-cost carrier, and MultiHub IQ placing inventory closer to your buyers, which cuts zone-4+ shipments by up to 85% and overall costs by up to 30%.
Jetpack is generally built for brands shipping 1,000+ orders per month across all channels combined. That said, we love hearing from newer brands building something exciting. If you're early-stage and we believe in what you're building, we'll talk through what it would take to invest and grow together. Reach out for a conversation. Otherwise, crowdfunding fulfillment and startup fulfillment are good stepping stones until the volume catches up.
Jetpack partners with ecommerce brands shipping 1,000+ orders per month, large enough to benefit from multi-hub distribution, still at the growth stage where hands-on support matters most. Onboarding takes 1-2 weeks with about 4-6 hours of your time: a dedicated team connects your sales channels, configures your SKU catalog, sets shipping preferences, and positions inventory via MultiHub IQ from your historical order data. We teach you the tools, not just deliver outcomes. Switching from another 3PL? For a limited time, we're waiving receiving fees on your initial inventory transfer, and we run a structured migration: as fast as one week for D2C, four to six weeks for B2B with EDI and retail compliance cutovers. No long-term contracts.
Most moves land in 2-6 weeks, and the range depends on the path you pick. A full cutover runs 1-2 weeks and is the fastest, best suited to brands with fewer than 100 SKUs. A phased transfer runs 3-6 weeks and keeps risk near zero. Parallel operations, where both 3PLs ship at once, takes a little longer but means zero downtime. Your Jetpack team maps the plan with you in week one, so you know the date you go live before you commit.
No. On a phased or parallel plan, your current 3PL keeps shipping orders the entire time Jetpack comes online. Inventory moves in stages, test orders validate routing, tracking, and packaging, and customer orders only cut over once everything checks out. Your customers never see the seam.
Check your notice terms first: many 3PLs require 30-60 days' notice, and that period usually overlaps neatly with your Jetpack setup, so the clock runs while the move is already underway. On the Jetpack side there's nothing to negotiate later: agreements are month to month, with no long-term contract and no exit fees.
You or your freight partner schedule the transfer, and Jetpack handles the rest: receiving orders are created for each shipment, stock is counted in, and MultiHub IQ distributes it across the network based on where your orders actually go. For brands that onboard through October 2026, receiving fees on that first transfer are waived, up to $1,200.
Not if you start soon. A typical move takes 2-6 weeks, so a late-summer start has you stable months before November. The real deadline is peak itself: 3PL transitions shouldn't run during Q4, and any partner who says otherwise is gambling with your season. Start now and the question never comes up.
Make the move.
