Yes. Products with lithium-ion batteries up to 100Wh (cells up to 20Wh) ship with the battery declared on the SKU, the required lithium labels applied automatically on every outbound order, and the carrier paperwork handled. Battery vetting takes three to five business days during onboarding, so send the safety data sheet and UN test documentation with your product list. Batteries over 100Wh can't ship through the network, battery products always ship in a box rather than a mailer, and an order carries one or two battery-powered units at a combined weight of up to 11 lb, so bulk battery orders are planned with your team.

Yes, from the same inventory. Amazon FBA prep runs from the same stock as your Shopify orders. Retail distribution covers 150+ retailers including Dick's Sporting Goods and REI, with EDI through SPS Commerce, GS1 labeling with SSCC codes, retailer-specific packing rules, and retail-compliant palletizing. Bulk orders for gyms and studios run through B2B and wholesale in the same dashboard, so a pallet order never means a second warehouse.

Jetpack is built for the products most fitness brands ship every day: recovery tools, bands, mats, accessories, apparel, and small equipment. Items up to 50 lb ship as standard. Products between 50 and 100 lb need written approval before they're sent in, large items are set up by arrangement, and no single package ships over 100 lb (bigger orders split automatically). If most of your catalog is heavy equipment, tell us when we quote and we'll be straight about fit.

Yes, under the rules that apply to dietary supplements: approval during onboarding (GMP certification, ingredient disclosure, temperature specs if a product needs them) and lot tracking with nearest expiry shipped first.
